K-Bay Hawaii Vacation Home

HOUSE: Two story redwood upstairs dwelling with parking and laundry beneathe. Over 1500 feet of living space with open beam ceilings gives a spacious feeling. Open screened lanai’s (porches) offer views of the pali (mountain) and the house is surrounded by tall landscape giving privacy and capturing nature’s beauty by bringing the “OUTSIDE IN”. The white-washed redwood interior imparts a rustic, yet rosy and elegant feeling of lightness and serenity. Bordering a quiet canyon, a multitude of birds are in flight, filling the air with song; like being in an aviary.

Ceiling fans in every room and the screened windows allow for steady air flow and airy breezes.

BEDROOMS: Three bedrooms: two with queen beds and one with two twins (convertible to a king). Lanai’s offer an extra king futon and two twins. Will sleep 1-10 people.

AMENITIES: Full kitchen with side-by-side refridgerator, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, water filter, utensils.

Cable TV, VCR, tape player, BBQ, washer and dryer, Large lawns and open area under house with chairs allow for outdoor enjoyment.

PERSONAL SERVICES:

The ocean is an easy one-block walk from the house. Kakaks are available by donation upon request.

Relaxation modalities such as: ACUPUNCTURE, YOGA, & MASSAGE are available by appointment. The most recent Wellness products for Anti-Aging and Health enhancement are available to improve your health and sending you home feeling energized and revitalized. See section on Health Services.

BUGS: Insects are unavoidable living in a tropical climate. We miminize their presence and provide natural bug sprays for the occasional encounters.
